My name is Zeng. I am from the city of Dujiangyan in Sichuan Province where the earthquake devoured my home. One evening, this past June, I was in a hurry to return home from the town of Yutang. When I was alone, anxiously waiting a long time for a bus, suddenly a car slowly came to a stop nearby.
A young man smiled to me, "Where are you going? I can give you a ride."
I replied, "How much for the ride? I am going to Maxi Town (about 10 km (6.2 miles) away)."
The young man said, "It's free." Overjoyed, I got in the car. On the way home he told me the earthquake had been predicted before it happened, but the communist regime refused to make an announcement. The current society with such political corruption, social inequality and moral degeneration is on the brink of collapse.
I accepted his advice to withdraw from the Youth League by the name of "Zeng Guo".
I asked him why he was so kindhearted. He said, "Once I was very overindulging and lazy. One book greatly changed my life, giving me a healthier body and clean mind."
In addition he shared his experiences cultivating Falun Gong. Thus I know Falun Gong teaches people to be "Truthful, Good and Enduring." The communist regime, intolerant toward friendly and kind people, has been persecuting Falun Gong cruelly.
We reached my home after dark. After I wrote down his phone number and was ready to leave, he asked me to forever remember that "Falun Dafa is good and it is good to be truthful, good and enduring." Certainly I would keep these words deep in my heart.
