There is no doubt that freedom, democracy and rule by law will be established in China.

This day is not a far-fetched illusion, but is, in fact, an imminent development! In less than six years, this ideal will be realized and will directly influence the lives and professions of the people.

The form in which freedom, democracy and rule by law will arrive in China depends on the courage, wisdom and morals of people who are willing to risk their lives to realize this grand ideal in conjunction with the advancements made by the demands of the general public. It is also dependent upon the precise actions of those open-minded, high-ranking officials within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) after they consider the well being of the entire nation, as well as after acknowledging the existence of a different course for the CCP and the impact it has on the fate of individual Party officials.

This swiftly arriving society of freedom, democracy, and rule by law will not be without shortcomings. Society will most certainly continue to experience disputes, contradictions, and pain while facing the prospect of long periods of power abuse and corruption. However, by that era, all arguments and disagreements can be resolved through impartial approaches that are trusted by the people! The government will make every effort to prevent any person or organization from obtaining unlawful benefits through personal status or special venues.

Our free and democratic society will no doubt transcend from the darkest and the most incredulous period in Chinese history today, where authorities violate the lives of the people. Serious crimes happened before the arrival of the new society, such as the barefaced, as well as covert, abuses of authority in targeting the basic human rights and the personal properties of peaceful citizens, must be investigated, exposed, and prosecuted after the arrival of this new society. Such actions will be essential throughout the nation during the new society's initial years. The purpose of such actions is not to get revenge or to punish, but to safeguard internationally recognized human justice. In a sense, with regard to the crimes that have been committed, legal punishments can be assigned more leniently according to special social and environmental factors. The stipulation of such lenience must be the un-coerced repentance for one's actions (not achieved through brainwashing) and the restoration of the truth, but investigations for criminal liabilities, however, remains indispensable. Even in the event that investigation processes are abandoned, it must be the result of judicial procedures from the legislative body (including Provisional legislature). To a nation that has been imbued with dictatorships and tyrannies for thousands of years, the process of differentiating oneself from criminals is vital for restoring self-confidence, for the recovery of morality, for creating a social environment of tolerance and compassion, and for restoring the healthy spirit of the Chinese nation.

However, those who have spilled the blood of the innocent, slaughtered under tyrannical rule, and plundered the property and possessions of citizens must be punished under the law, especially those primary criminals and concrete implementers, no matter the circumstances in which they committed ill deeds—either by relying on power and position or by executing orders from above. In particular, during the period between January 1, 2006 and the future trials, the incorrigible evil doers who continuously and deliberately frame cases against innocents and create unjust charges by using the CCP's awful judicial system, who continuously and unlawfully persecute believers in freedom, civilians with free thoughts and free speech as well as people of civil association, who continuously and tyrannically oppress the people that protect and defend the lawful interests and rights of Chinese citizens, must be punished practically.

Every Chinese has a part in achieving the inception of freedom, democracy, and rule by law in China. Of course, before its arrival, people might play different roles, some of which are achieved by conscience and memory. Those who hold positions in special organizations and who know the true situation of China, memorize the names of those who have spilled the blood of the innocent and who have persecuted other citizens, such as the Shanwei incident. Those who were involved in killing our countrymen, whether they were making the decisions or following the commands, will all face trials. In the future, our country will have a periodic spending in which we fund rewards for those who can reveal the truth of what is happening now. Take the Shanwei incident for example, whoever can tell the names of the decision makers and those who fired against the people, will receive a good amount of reward. Chinese people who are in the military, public security, and the CCP organs, with your conscience and memory, you are collecting a fortune as well as the respect of the Chinese people. Of course, in the future society of freedom, the elite who seek justice and who have strong abilities will have much room to build themselves. The society in the future will judge people based on their capabilities. Corruption and cheating by networking will be eliminated!

Furthermore, the families and victims of the corrupt and illegal judicial system shoulder more of a responsibility in tracking their memories and in documenting the facts for future trials.
